Complete steel sheds and pre-engineered buildings for warehouses, factories and commercial sites across Pakistan — we supply the steel and arrange design, fabrication and erection through trusted third-party fabricators.
A steel shed or pre-engineered building (PEB) is a structure whose frame is designed, fabricated and finished in the workshop, then delivered to site and bolted together. Because the members are cut, welded, drilled and painted under factory conditions, site work reduces to erection — which is what makes steel sheds so much faster to put up than conventional construction.
The frame is usually built from tapered built-up I-sections, shaped so that each member carries more steel where the bending forces are greatest and less where they are not. That optimisation is the main reason a PEB frame is lighter, and therefore cheaper, than an equivalent structure made from uniform rolled sections.
Roof and wall cladding is typically profiled galvanized or colour-coated sheet, fixed to cold-formed C or Z purlins spanning between frames. Insulation, translucent roof lights, ventilators, cranes and mezzanine floors are all specified as required.
We supply the steel that goes into these buildings — the structural sections for the frame, the cold-formed purlins and girts, and the galvanized or colour-coated sheet for the roof and walls — and we can arrange the design, fabrication and erection through trusted third-party fabricators, so you deal with a single point of contact for the whole shed. Every building is different, so the figures below are typical reference ranges to help you plan.
